The laboratory Clover Serbia uses ISO test protocols identical to the ones used by the original manufacturer (OEM) in order to determine the printing capacity of toner cartridges.

By using the same ISO test protocols like OEM, we guarantee accurate and precise test results of the capacity of your toner cartridges.

The laboratory Clover Serbia is accredited by the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Hence, the laboratory works independently, while results measured are impartial. The scope of accreditation covers the following procedures:

THE IMPORTANCE OF ISO TESTING IN PRINTING CAPACITY COMPARISON

ISO standards clearly define the methods of testing and calculating the average print capacity of the tested toner cartridge in relation to a defined set of parameters and conditions, e.g. the minimum number of printers and cartridges used for testing. They also define the use of standardised test pages in a controlled environment with predefined printer settings.

ISO printing capacity testing is done under controlled circumstances almost impossible for the users to reproduce in everyday life. As a result, the actual number of pages printed may differ significantly from the declared printing capacity and depends on a number of factor, namely:

• Page coverage
• Environmental conditions
• Printer age and state
• Type of paper
• Affiliated font groups used
• Excessive use of small paper formats

This standard is being used solely to assess printing capacity of toner cartridges and may not be used for determining other toner cartridge characteristics.
